John Sisk were appointed as main contractor for the refurbishment of the Grosvenor House Apartments on Park Lane in London, transforming the building into a super-deluxe apartment hotel. Brogan Groups work on the project included erecting external scaffold consisting of a heavy duty gantry along mount street with 2 scaffold stairs, 2 hoist tower scaffolds and a Big-E crane support scaffold erected from the gantry. Internal work involved erecting independent scaffold to the atrium, with a seperate temporary roof within the atrium. The scaffold was then later dismantled allowing for the floors to be extended into the atrium. The scaffold was then re-erected on a free standing scaffold which was butress tied and a unit beam bridged crash deck was installed to the top floor.
