As part of our ongoing commitment to staff development and recognition we have introduced a safety award scheme. The reward scheme recognises our employee’s key contributions and outstanding safety performance on projects they are working on.
Many of our employees have recently been recognised for their efforts towards achieving site awards. One of these sites can be seen as the Merchant Square project in Paddington which was recently awarded three Health & Safety Awards in the same month.
Our long term aims are to maintain our staff motivation whilst ensuring consistent high levels of quality, health and safety standards we provide to our clients.
