Cuplok
Cuplok is a fully galvanised multi-purpose steel scaffold system used for general access and for supporting vertical loads. Its unique locking device is formed by two cups - a fixed lower cup, which is welded to the vertical at pre-located intervals, and a sliding upper cup which locks in the forged blade ends of the horizontals in place. Cuplok's horizontal can be positioned at any angle from 0 to 360 degrees, making it ideal for circular scaffolding.
Cuplok is equally suited to access solutions and to support applications. It can accept either scaffold boards or timber or steel battens, and can be used to form Staircase Towers, Circular Scaffolds, Loading Towers and Mobile towers. Built-in staircase access is also available.

The versatility of Cuplok is demonstrated in its unique rotating wedge fixing. This allows up to 4 horizontal or diagonal components to be loosely connected to a vertical, then locked with a single hammer blow. Because the fixing points are regularly spaced, once the base lift is set out and levelled, the remaining structure is automatically aligned.
