Corporate Structure
In 2006, Brogan Scaffolding changed its trading name to Brogan Group and has, since then, been restructuring its corporate hierarchy. This was a result of diversification into the mastclimbing and hoist markets, as well as the establishment of wholly owned subsidiary companies in Ireland and Lithuania, to replace the branch companies which had existed previously. In 2009, the UAE operation was established in Dubai.
This reorganisation was completed in 2009, with Brogan Group Ltd officially being the parent company to four individual trading companies in the UK, Ireland, Lithuania and UAE.
UK
Our Head Office is based in New Southgate, London alongside its main depot. Our additional depot in Bedfordshire works together with the London depot to service our client base in London and the south of the UK. We also have an additional depot in Bootle, Liverpool as well as an office facility in Manchester, both of which enable us to offer our award-wining service to the midlands and the north of the country.
Ireland
Our Irish operation is based in Dublin with the main office and depot located in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole. From here, our transport fleet services all our projects in Dublin and the Greater Dublin area, as well as the rest of the country. We also have a depot located in Cork, which services our contracts in the South of the country.
UAE
We have three offices in UAE; one in Dubai and two in Abu Dhabi. The Dubai office services all of our contracts in the city of Dubai and its surrounding areas. The Abu Dhabi offices enable us to service our scaffolding and access contracts within the region as well as clients of our associated oil and gas services company (Nawi & Brogan Oil and Gas Access Specialists).
Our main depot in UAE is located in Jebel Ali, which is convenient for servicing projects in both emirates.
