We have recently been involved in access works for the redevelopment of the old Gulf Hotel into a new resort development.
The €290 million project entails the demolition of the existing hotel to construct the new JW Marriott Abu Dhabi Resort & Spa five star hotel, next to the Grand
Mosque on Abu Dhabi Island.
Upon completion, the resort will comprise a 10 building hotel complex, 88 chalets, a venetian style walk with serviced suites, P&B outlets and commercial outlets, serviced apartments building and a spa, a waterfront marina, beach club and retail space.
