The Clarion Hotel in Lucan, Liffey Valley was a newbuild 4 Star, 292 bedgroom hotel. The hotel was build by Michael McNamara & Co for The Clarion Hotel Group and was a 25,000 sq.m. development. Our work comprised of erecting independent scaffolding and heavy duty loading bays to the perimeter of the hotel. Internal works included installing slab edge, handrails, internal lift shafts and a unit beam bridged birdcage across the basement swimming pool area. The Hotel which is situated beside the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre includes a health & fitness club which includesa 20m swimming pool, a state of the art business centre with 12 conference rooms and 3 restaurants.
