Brogan Group revises their Toolbox Talks Programme for 2009

Feb-2009

Brogan Group have recently revised their Toolbox Talks Pack to all of our operational sites. This has addresssed two key areas that the group are focussed on, firstly the continual improvement of our Health and Safety management system. And secondly, ensuring the effective awareness of all our employees with respect to the group's impacts on the environment, as we continue our drive towards achieving certification to the internationally recognised environmental management system standard, ISO 14001: 2004.

The Toolbox talk is an efficient way to get information across to the workforce when facilities and time are limited. Toolbox Talks play a key part in Brogan Groups continuing effort to increase awareness of hazards present in our workplace and the precautions which must be taken to eliminate or control them.

Our current Toolbox Talk programme is currently made up of 35 General Construction topics, 14 Scaffolding specific topics and 21 new Environmental topics.

Further developments to the programme will see the addition of Quality specific topics in the future.
