We are currently working on the prestigious Point Village project at Dublin's docklands. On completion in early 2009, Point Village will be a world-class business and cultural hub with the Capital's premier entertainment venue, the Point Depot at its heart.

The Village will become an iconic symbol of the capital with the Point Watchtower and its sister, the independent U2 Tower, standing either side of the Liffey estuary, marking the dawning of a new gateway into Dublin city.

Brogan Group are involved in the current phases of construction which include a shopping centre with 300,000 sq.ft of double height retail space and the initial stages of the Watchtower, a 120m skyscraper which will house 150 exclusive apartments.
