Brogan Group Start Work at City Lofts, St Pauls Building

City Lofts, St Paul’s, is a newbuild 32 storey building that will be the tallest in Sheffield. It has been designed to act as an iconic marker for the city centre, and will incorporate some 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, as well as 316 one and two bedroom apartments, which are set in two interlinking 12 and 32 storey towers.
Work is well underway with the construction of the £38.4m landmark City Lofts St Pauls development, which is perfectly placed in Sheffield City Centre. The development is ideally situated adjacent to the Millennium Galleries, the Winter Gardens, the Town Hall and the Peace Gardens and just minutes from Sheffield Hallam University.
Our remit includes the supply and erection of both single and twin
platform mastclimbers for main contractor Shepherd for cladding works.
