Isledon Road consists of a £21 million purpose built student accommodation and up to 24,358 ft² of commercial floor space.

The project is led by main contractor MACE and upon completion will provide 400 high quality bed spaces arranged in a range of room types which includes study bedrooms, premium study bedrooms and single studios.

Other facilities will include extensive provision of communal spaces with large shared kitchens & lounges, internet/study spaces, games areas, laundry and secure parking for 230 bicycles.

Our remit incudes the hire, supply and erection of all internal/external scaffolding and a passenger/goods hoist.  The project proposed various design challenges with scaffold works being carried out in such close proximity to railway tracks (Piccadilly line).

The development is scheduled to open in the Summer of 2012.
