We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen to provide the access package for the building of R4, which is situated on the Kings Cross redevelopment site in Central London.

Plot R4, located in Zone R of the 67 acre development, will be home to a new apartment building of 117 mixed tenure units. Two commercial units will sit at the ground floor and the building will be surrounded by a private courtyard.

The main contractor has started work on-site; our operations, to include scaffolding and hoists, are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, and completion of the building is expected by mid 2012.

The development will encompass 8 million ft² (743,200 m²) in Kings Cross to create a mixed-use space of offices, shops, homes and a university.
